Dr. Alexa Milus

Doctor of Chiropractic

Alexa grew up in Pleasanton, playing competitive lacrosse through elementary, middle, and high school, as well as continuing her career to college at the University of Mount Olive in North Carolina.

With the privilege of having two Chiropractors for parents, she was exposed to the importance of chiropractic care and a healthy lifestyle.

Following her the completion of her lacrosse career in 2015, Alexa was determined to give back to the sport that helped shape her, so she began coaching youth girls lacrosse. She is eager to give back to the sports community through her knowledge of the game and her chiropractic education.

Alexa began her chiropractic journey at Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, California in the fall of 2016, and graduated December, 2019.

Alexa plans to further her education through seminars, continuing education courses, and research in order to provide the best care for her patients.

When she's not at the office, you can find her coaching, at the gym, or hanging out with her friends & family.

Dr. Jen Milus

Dr. Jen Milus

Doctor of Chiropractic, C.S.C.S.

While studying at the University of Maryland, Dr. Jen Milus was injured in an auto accident.

This was when she discovered Chiropractic and it changed her life.

The dream to help others led her to Palmer College of Chiropractic, in San Jose, California where she focused her studies on sports injuries while training for elite distance running and cycling.

After graduating, Dr. Jen settled in Pleasanton, California with her family and set up her practice.

Life consisted of running a full-time Chiropractic practice in addition to being a high school team doctor, an exercise and rehab coach, a lacrosse coach, and a mother.

She worked with sports injuries, work and auto injuries, and the 2008 US Olympic Synchronized Swimmers for strength and conditioning.

After 19 years in private practice, she accepted a position with the Department of Defense. She treated military personnel at 29 Palms Marine Corps Base, CA, Marine Corps Headquarters, Quantico, Virginia, and the Navy Yard in D.C.

After six years in Washington and her daughter in Chiropractic school in San Jose, California, Dr. Jen decided to return to Pleasanton for quality of life and practice.

During her off-hours, she can be found riding her bicycle or climbing the ridge with her “best friend” Max.
